Baltimore’s WJZ TV 13 Features Historic Site

WJZ TV 13 of Baltimore filmed parts of the Site for a piece they were producing about religious sites in Maryland on Sept. 14, 2015.

Overseen by Maryland Office of Tourism Communication Specialist Connie Yingling, who introduced the Site to viewers, the piece (at least as recorded) made special mention of Mother Seton’s 40th Anniversary of Canonization (Sept. 14, 1975) and the pioneering work and vision of Mother Mary Lange. Site Director Deacon Vito S. Piazza, Sr., got “miked-up” for the camera and introduced the Site as a historically sacred space and a modern facility for conferences and days of reflection.
